Family Session

## Rescheduling Rescheduling must be requested at least **24 hours before** the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability. ## Cancellation / No Show For cancellation or failure to attend the booked session (**No Show**), all payments made may be forfeited.

##Deposit & Payment Any deposit or booking fee paid is used to secure the selected date and time. The booking fee is **non-refundable** for cancellation by the customer. Any outstanding balance must be paid before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed. ##Rescheduling Rescheduling must be requested at least **24 hours before** the scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a cancellation. ## Cancellation / No Show For cancellation or failure to attend the booked session (**No Show**), all payments made may be forfeited.
